Our refund policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible. Below are the details regarding subscription cancellations and refunds:
Subscription Cancellation
Users can cancel their subscription at any time.
Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing month.
Refund of Unused ChatGPT Explanations ("Cheese")
If a user cancels their subscription, any unused ChatGPT explanations, referred to as "cheese", will be eligible for a refund.
The total amount of "cheese" allowed is determined by the subscription tier.
For example, if a user has a quota of 1000 "cheese" per month at a cost of 12€ and uses only 500 "cheese" in the final month, they will be refunded 6€.
Refunds are not available for unused "cheese" in the first month of a subscription.
The refund will be processed at the end of the cancellation month.
